I have a wonderful doctor so I cannot complain. I do believe when you have a rude encounter with someone, it would be prudent to ask their FIRST & LAST NAME. Then report it to the office Mgr. the office is located at the far left of Pediatrics Dept. I have had a time trying to find out from Office Personnel WHEN FLU SHOTS ARE AVAILABLE. Every employee should know this. It’s a question many people want to know beginning in September.

I read a lot of reviews saying that their front desk people are rude and they were right. I called but as soon as I got a couple of words out I was put on hold without any warning. I was actually still speaking when I heard the automatic hold message. I called right at 8:00am when they opened. The lady was short and rude when I asked for advice on getting COVID-19 tested and irritated when I asked her to repeat what she said because I didn't quite hear her the first time. Very strange service. I work front desk as well somewhere and would not still have my job if I was like that.

I am always seen promptly, by a cheerful staff and have the best PC Dr. in the state!

LOVE our pediatrician... the front desk staff on the other hand is always rude!! My son has been going here for 4 years and it hasn't gotten any better those whole 4 years. They are less than helpful, not friendly and if you talk to them more than they think you should they act as if you are hindering them!!

Love this place. The doctors are really good and they took care of my daughter.
