Dr. Dsouza has been so helpful to me during my transition to motherhood. I had a hypoactive thyroid going into pregnancy, and she treated the problem and helped to monitor my thyroid activity, all through pregnancy and into postpartum. She has a collaborative style, which I love - she will make thoughtful suggestions and provide explanations, all in a way that supports the notion that I make decisions for my body. I was running on fumes when I found Dr. D'Souza and DCIM. Tired, run-down, low energy, dramatic hair loss, unable to sleep, couldn't lose weight--the list of my health concerns was lengthy.
