On behalf of a family member I would like to highlight Social Worker C. Cypress for doing an awesome job and the family requested that she remain the assigned Social Worker until the resident is discharged safely back into the community. Cynthia's display of open communication, support and organization was highly recognized. Great job!

I had a wonderful internship at BridgePoint, great staff and working environment. My supervisor (Social Service Director - Lutanya Wilson) is exceptional at what she does. I recommend this hospital for interns because of the excellent learning opportunity it provides.

This place is not a Hospital. And should lose the word Hospital in the title of this place. Call it just Bridgepoint! Or something else whatever floats your boat. I went there thinking it was a regular full service Hospital ud83cudfe5 ud83eudd14 and had an ER. Boy did I get surprised. The security guard that I had to go on the hunt for said it was a halfway house. Now, my question is what the Hell is it?nCmon get it together and fix this as to what people are seeing on the internet.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My father is currently being treated there and their cuartonEr service is the worst. I have nurses not giving me an update on my father until 4pm in the afternoon and on top of that giving me wrong information. When phone calls are answered the people answering the phone are laughing and yelling across the room to get answers of what I’m asking them. Very unprofessional hospital. I also asked my father how he’s being treated and he said not too well. He is very discontent at this place and is looking worst then when he first arrived. I’m currently looking into getting him transferred somewhere else. Please DO NOT take your loved ones to this hospital. I’ve complained with the patient advocate but nothing gets done about it. It seems like everyone there is an advocate of the people working there.

My loved one was at BridgePoint for two months. He was first admitted to the ICU and then admitted to the skilled nursing department. Our first interaction was with Dr. Singal. She was absolutely amazing. She was kind and caring and she took the time to answer all of our questions. Our most frequent interaction was with Dr. McLean. She was also great. She was the first doctor to let me join virtually while she performed her examination. She listened to what we told her and did not disregard us as simply being hopeful family members. The nurses were sweet and very supportive.nOur patient advocate was Sheresse and there aren't enough words to describe just how amazing she is! She is so kind and caring, and great at her job! On days that Sheresse was off, Erica filled in and ensured we were able to Facetime my loved one. Erica is also sweet and kind. Once my loved one was transferred to the skilled nursing department, we interacted with Dr. Frizner. Dr. Frizner is a great doctor! He is super responsive, supportive, and knowledgeable. All in all, we are very satisfied with BridgePoint! We are thankful to the staff and doctors for all they did for my loved one.
