Kaiser Permanente Capitol Hill Medical Center

Update: I am a fair person. Honestly, a time or two, I received service that did not meet the expectations that I have to come to expect from Kaiser on Capitol Hill. I expressed my disappointment on a review online and Sandra Aguilar, a Medical Manager, reached out to me. Sandra is absolutely amazing. She inquired about my experience with openness to my perspective of my visits to Kaiser's Pharmacy. She not only met but exceed my expectation of customer service and serves an example of the excellence that is possible. Sandra inquired about the details of each visit and offered to rectify the situation. The call that Sandra made to me, about 10 minutes after I posted the review to google, alleviated any concerns I had about continuing to visit Kaiser on Capitol Hill. The respect, concern and diligence that she displayed is more than I could possibly as for. I have worked in customer service and in health care so I understand that challenges that each territory comes with. I also consider that we are in a pandemic and as a country we are stressed and depressed about social and financial changes as well as changes in interpersonal relationships and familial roles due to death and illness. Sandra assured me that regardless of the challenges that each of us are met with, that her expectation is that service is consistently exceptional as it has been in the past. Sandra made me feel with absolute certainty, that she took my review serious and is actively making adjustments to ensure that no one else has this experience. Sandra is a true asset to Kaiser and would be an asset to business providing service to the public. She has restored my faith in Kaiser Permante Capitol Hill Pharmacy and I will continue to receive services there, solely because of the rapport she and I built this morning. I am assured that she and the pharmacy will continue to exceed my expectations as the rest of the facility does. This particular Kaiser is amazing and although I live in Capitol Heights the customer service is worth the travel time. Thank you so much Sandra.

I typically have good experiences at this Kaiser. I’ve been to urgent care a couple of times and today needed to get some lab domes. I decided to go in the evening when I knew it would be less busy. I checked in and was immediately called back. My phlebotomist was friendly and was perfect at not making the needle painful. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes!

Everything is wonderful here. Every employee is friendly nice professional!! Great excellent customer service , very organized system!!!! Make your appointment Then you don’t have to wait long time on the line. I definitely will recommend you join this medicine company. And the Janan and Sandra are excellent!!!!

I went to Kaiser Urgent Care to have my thumb examined following a bicycle injury. The receptionist, Bernice, was very personable and told me what to expect of my experience. After a short wait I entered the Urgent Care Facility and met with nurse April who thoroughly questioned e about my injury and looked at my hand. Several minutes later dr. Sarah berghoff examined my hand thoroughly and sent me for an x-ray. A short while later I had six x-rays taken of my hand and wrist area. Within 45 minutes of the x-rays I saw dr. Burghoff again who told me the results and placed a splint on my hand to protect my thumb. The entire process took less than two hours. Everyone was quite friendly and highly professional and competent. It was a very positive experience. Much better than going to a hospital emergency room.

Amazing! The pediatric phlebotomist Brandy is just that amazing and without her and her experience I don't know what I would do. After so many failed blood draw attempts, I drove all the way from Baltimore just for her. She made me and my daughter feel extremely welcome and was able to find her vein instantly without moving the needle around and without multiply sticks. With my daughter being two I was expecting her to cry but she didn't and I think I was more nervous than she was. Brandy is extremely professional and loves what she do.
