My banking experience today kind of renewed some of my faith in BOA. Everytime I go to their branches it always takes me an hour to get through the line (even if its only 5 people). Today I waited in line and was in and out of the bank in 10 minutes!!!!! I even asked the gentleman for his name, which he told me but I forgot. He was very nice, and helpful. I am glad there is still one good branch.
People over here helped me to open my bank account, as I am new to USA and they explained me each and everything clearly. Also guided me form the time I had entered the bank till end. Even they showed me how to use the ATM and online bank account
Always the worst one. They are very lazy, lack of knowledge and make mistakes.
This bank was extremely slow. I waited for almost 30-40 minutes just to see an advisor. No one came out to check me or ask if I need any assistance. I had to ask the teller for help. Overall, o was unable to get any services performed as they did not offer what I needed.
Ashley and Ben were extremely patient and helpful while helping me address a problem I had making a retail purchase return.
