No, they are not open. Just went to this bank, believing that the information on the BofA website is accurate. It is still closed. According to a sign in the door, it opens on September 17, 2020.

After banking with @bankofamerica for 10 years, today I was racially profiled by another black female teller today. I visited the Washington DC branch during my meal break to make a withdrawal that should’ve took 7-10 minutes. I was at the teller station for over 40 mins! Not only did I miss my only chance to have a meal, this teller took it upon her self to “investigate” my accounts because the available balance. On top of that, she had a major attitude and questioned me when I decided to cancel my transaction because I no longer had time to wait. I am unhappy and will withdrawn all of my money and close both of my accounts and find another bank to conduct business with!!!

i got cheated at the ATM early Friday morning ( February 10 2020) at the ATM i got some money in 100s and 20s .i just took the money went my way didn't check till Saturday evening then i notice 2 of the bills were counterfeit. hundreds and twenty dollars mixed in with the money i got.. Bank of America given counterfeit money? please everyone check your money at the bank before you leave the bank because when you leave no refund. this counterfeit has Chinese writings on both sides.

I made an appointment here for a signature guaranty required for some account transfers. They demanded that I leave them with all of my sensitive data and informed me that it would be mailed back within three business days. It's been over ten days and I haven't received anything and when I call the branch, I'm told they'll call me back shortly and then they don't. In this era of identity theft, I'm VERY concerned about what this could mean for my family. I should have known because I had an appointment to do this and the person with whom I had the appointment didn't show up, nor did he tell me he wasn't coming. He left instructions for a third party to do it, one who had no idea what she was doing, and I'll wager that he failed to deal with it and left the paperwork sitting on his desk with all of our sensitive information compromised. LET ME FIND OUT BOA. PLEASE TRY ME.nnUPDATE: I'm not removing my prior review because it happened and I meant EVERY WORD at the time, but the financial advisor for that branch got back with me promptly and was able to resolve my issue to my satisfaction after assuring me that the documents were not lost, but they were sending updates to an old email address and it was going to spam.

Ridiculously understaffed. What a poor operation. Wait times are ridiculous. Avoid this place!
