Bank of America Financial Center

SLOW. Literally the slowest bank I’ve ever been to. I’ve come two days in a row to get some money exchanged and the first time after waiting 30 minutes, I was told the person just went on break and that I needed to come back later. The second time I stood in line for 30 minutes as well while ONE person worked the counter. Why is there only one person working? I don’t even think it is that they are severely understaffed... I believe they just aren’t allocating their employees properly. Please, do better. What an inconvenience!

Like most Bank of America locations, this one does not disappoint. I almost always use the ATMS (both of which are in working order, which I appreciate), but when I go to the tellers they are all friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had any issue at this bank and I use it several times a way. Don't know what else you could ask for.

One specific manager at this financial center has a really BAD attitude. She first blamed me for coming in late for 10 mins, which is my fault I’d admit, but as she heard I wanted to close my account, she told me to call the customer service and then immediately CANCELLED my appointment w/ her. I waited on the phone for about twenty minutes, and no representative answered my call. After that, the manager blamed me again for being late, and said that she could have helped me if I came on time. So finally I decide not to close my account. I dont even care. Your attitude and customer service make me gross. I would give you negative ranking if I could.

There answer during working hours: “we’re open but we’re short staffed, so we can’t help you.” How can I trust a bank that doesn’t know how to operate a business?

The worst customer service! No one taller available. The line is huge!
