I called Airtech to repair our air and they arrived within 10 min of my call. William explained very thoroughly what was wrong so that I could understand the problem. He replaced the motor very quickly. I highly recommend Airtech Heating and Cooling! They are amazing!
Tech diagnosed my system late Tuesday afternoon and talked me through all of my options. My wife and I decided that a new unit would be our best option. We called the tech later that afternoon and he set us up to have a new unit installed in the morning (Wednesday). The team showed up on time and installed the new unit and had my air back on in a timely manner. Both the tech and the install team were very professional and were able to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a repair or a total system.
Myself and other friends and family have hired Airtech help us on many occasions. They are always extremely timely, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our a/c went out in the hottest of summer and they had a brand new a/c Unit working in 2 days. They work long hours in the heat to solve their customers’ problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. We are always so appreciative and never hesitate to recommend them!
