This being such a new store I really expected better service but what I got was a rude store manager that stated that my order was an online order and would only bring our stuff to the door and was not going to let me or my wife go in the store to help us swap our phones from the old ones to the new ones and would not let us trade our phones which the main office said that we could. The manager did end up letting me go in and buy accessories for the new phones which I should have waited to go somewhere else that way his store didn't make any money off the purchase, and he still never let my wife go in store. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

Very helpful and very nice people was not in a hurry helped me until I was done answered all my questions and problems

As a Verizon customer for 13 years. I used this location multiple times, this time purchased two new I-Phones elevens. Great customer service. Good accessories choices. Zack was very knowledgeable and professional.
