Wow, I have never been treated so rudely!!! And this guy named Pete was very inappropriate. I just called to ask a question and whoever answered the phone could not answer my simple question. The “phone call dropped” on their end. Yeah, right. I called back and that guy Pete got on the phone and was yelling for no reason. I kept completely calm but I’m upset over how he talked to me for NO REASON whatsoever. I calmly tried to start over and he hung up on me!nDO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! I will tell everybody I know. We don’t need this when a family member is sick. Absolutely unacceptable. BEWARE!
This is a very incompetent company. Trying to get help from a representative is almost impossible. I needed a new cpap machine in August of 2019. I would call and be told the cpap representative would call me back. I would never get a return call. I have just now talked to a different representative and she could not find anything in my records as to why I didn’t get a new machine. She is bringing a new. Machine immediately. I hope this is true.
