This place has always done a wonderful service for me. They have always been quick to get my printing needs completed on time and correctly. Very pleased.
I am greatly concerned that the employees at the UPS STORE on Beebe-Capps in Searcy do NOT wear masks. During this mandate, it is necessary for everyone to comply for the health of the public. We make frequent trips there but feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! Please comply with the mandate! Thank you!
I don’t necessarily expect high quality customer service from UPS, but the way I was spoken to was belittling and frankly, irritating. My services were taken care of, so I gave an extra star.
I have had great service every time I have been there. It was around Christmas which is a very busy time. I returned two Amazon purchases at different times. The wait was not very long for it being during the holidays. The staff was very kind and personable. My transaction probably took about 10 to 15 minutes. I am very pleased with this store and would recommend it to anyone.
I haven’t felt more unsafe since the beginning of the pandemic. None of the employees were wearing masks and I saw one cough into her hand! They also don’t enforce the mandated mask policy for their customers. It’s just disrespectful to everyone doing their part and trying to stay healthy. If there was another UPS store in Searcy I wouldn’t come back.
