The facility definitely needs a face lift. The waiting room has all the charm of a North Korean interrogation chamber.nnBut the staff is excellent. The doctor takes lots of time to ask questions, examine, and explain. I've been there twice and I'll go back if I ever need after-hours care again.

So thankful for Amy Smith as well as all the other wonderful staff! You guys saved our sons life by sending us to children’s when you did! We will definitely be returning as we had super fast and friendly service! They cared for us as if we were their family!

Dr. Bryan Rampey was a very good listener when I went in today with a bad migraine an sore ribs an right side of my body from a fall. I got there an there was 1 lady in front of me, an I probably waited a total of 30 min. b4 getting placed into a room. Upon the room placement Bryan came in the room within 10 min. to ck. me out, an since it was a Sun. they didn't have an xray person or a nurse to give me my shots. So....Bryan sent me to the ER to get xrays done, then bk to see him b4 being told I am just badly bruised internally from my fall, an Bryan had to administer my 2 shots to my hip/butt that a nurse would normally be doing. I have been in this place an sat for 3 hrs in the waiting room with only 2 or 3 other people an then another hr to hr an a half in a room b4 being seen, but I have always been treated nicely by all the staff an made to feel I choose correctly in going here over the ER. Now if u want a real joke of a place that doesn't act like they care an that you're only there drug seeking, GO TO THE SEARCROY ER, bring your ph. charger, something to eat or drink to snack on, an prepare for a SUPER LONG WAIT, EVEN WITH 1-PERSON IN THE WAITING ROOM BESIDES YOU! I will drive an hr. to go to Batesville, or Little Rock hosp. ER'S b4 Searcy if I can.! Thank u Bryan for a job well done today, an to the girls no longer waking here, you will be missed.

11:45 - Waiting in parking lot with sick sonn12:05 - doors openednPaperwork to fill out was copied from highlighted copy, which was dark and hard to read. Out of soap in men's restroom. Waiting room was dirty.n1:20 - Called back for weight, blood pressure, etc. and told nurse symptoms and how he'd been sick 3 times in last 3 weeks and requested a CBC. Nurse Stesha questioned why we wanted bloodwork. Told her again because he's been sick 3 times in last 3 weeks. Swabbed for strep.n1:30 - sent back to waiting room, multiple staff mingling, visiting & eatingn2:30 - called back to room, staff mingling, visiting as we walked back, male PA sitting at hall desk taking fast food out of bag to eatn2:45 - PA Amy Smith, was nice, said they were short-handed. She checked him out & ordered CBC & Mono testn3:00 - Nurse Stesha did blood drawn3:20 - PA Amy Smith gave us resultsn3:25 - multiple staff still hanging out in front office area, checked out & told owed copay. I explained his insurance doesn't have a copay, but paid them just to get out of there.n3:30 in car finallynnAn after hours clinic visit should NOT take 3 1/2 hours. Shouldn't open at 12 if a Dr. or PA is not going to be available at opening time. If shorthanded, who were all the staff mingling around front office. Felt extremely sorry for young couple with a very sick infant in waiting room. Two families got up and left because they were tired of waiting.
