From the ordering online, customer service, and the speediness of the delivery was exceptional! The quality of the product is also top notch making every shower so much more enjoyable with quality water. I felt the difference in the water after my first shower. The shower head extends very far, making it easy for us to give a bath to our dog as well. Highly recommend the product and company!

The Shower Filter Store has wonderful filters for taking the chlorine out of your shower water. They work really well and the owners are ever so helpful.
I have been using a filtered shower head for 10 years and know it makes a huge difference on my ultra sensitive skin!(and a side benefit is that it prevents shower residue on walls from hard water) But recently when ordering a new one (yes, 10 yrs. of perfect use, but I dropped it and cracked it) I made a mistake when ordering and after receiving my order I needed to add to it. I spoke to a very kind lady who not only knew who I was, but deducted the extra shipping cost because of MY mistake. Super, personalized customer service and a great product! You can't ask for more.
