Customer service is always top notch the moment I walk in. Every staff I speak to seems to know their line of work excellently. I’ve never stood around and waited to be helped. Great deals weekly. I’m a heavy indica person and they never disappoint with neither flower or concentrates. Also, their glass pieces are one of a kind, durable pieces. Great prices as well!
Kyle is an amazing employee. He is so diligent and well versed in concentrates. GP is lucky to have him as an. He made me feel like I was picking the right items with plenty of laughs in between. Go Kyle!
Very polite staff. Prices are a little high right now but will probably come down with next harvest after summer. Store has mask and distancing policy in place to keep everyone safe. Lots of parking. Good place.
Amy and Daniel helped us out. Amy was very patient with us as it was our 1st time and answered our questions effectively. She walked us to each product and did not rush us through it and even gave great recommendations! As we went to check out Daniel rang us up and provided excellent conversation! He was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Thank you for a great experience! We will be back soon!
I have been to fast food joints with better customer service. I tried this place 3 times and won't be back, not the best selection and staff members who helped me each time really weren't great communicators. There are many other dispensaries in the area and I recommend visiting others to get a frame of reference. 2 stars simply because they sell weed.
