Really great service! It was really easy to schedule an appointment, and was able to schedule within the week! The appointment itself was painless and the staff explained things effectively and made me feel like I was in good hands the whole time. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking foreye care :)
My family (myself, husband, and our 3 small kids) have been seeing Dr Dunn for about 6 years now and we love her! We live in Hillsboro now, but she is worth the drive. She is so kind, talks to the kids with respect, but also in a way that they understand. My 8 year old has worn glasses for years now, and when they started getting really bad she didn’t hesitate to send us to a different specialist. She didn’t just want our business, she wanted us to have the best eyes and care possible. What more could you want?

Gatti Vision tried and succeeded in 'upselling' us a treatment that they insisted our medical insurance would cover. Unfortunately, the insurance did not cover the treatment (which we stopped immediately as it seemed frivolous at best). But then we were billed for full payment, even though the Gatti Vision staff was to blame, at least in part, for not verifying that our insurance would cover the treatment. We reached out to try to find a reasonable solution w/ partial payment of the bill, but they just sent our bill to collections without taking any ownership for their responsibility for the mix-up. Their modus operandi seems to be 'get as much as you can from insurance and if the insurance doesn't cover it all, stick the patient with the bill'. Wonderful business model!
I recently reached out to Dr. Dunn regarding a concern I had about sudden redness in my 4 year old daughter’s eyes. Dr. Dunn responded to me immediately (even though I was contacting her after clinic hours) and answered all my questions. She is professional, courteous, and SO knowledgeable. Dr. Dunn and the staff at Gatti vision truly care about their patients and it shows! I highly recommend Dr. Dunn and Gatti Vision for all of your eye care needs.
