Beth is THE BEST! She knows her stuff, she's super friendly and she goes way above the call of duty for her customers. I can shop at any of the locations but will always chose this one because of her. If you want to shop with someone who is very knowledgeable about all the products and cares about what they are doing and her customers, give Beth a visit.

Horrible customer service. Sold a product that didn’t work. Within 5min of buying their product we came right back in. Started making excuses how it’s not their fault and won’t refund money or exchange product.nnIt’s not my fault your products don’t work. Don’t have time to deal with rude employees either.nnBuyers beware of their products. Make sure you try it out in store before you walk out.

This place was actually okay they have a wide variety. The employee was very knowledgeable. The only issue I had was I had to wait like 30 minutes before anyone was available to help me.

I’ve been a customer of Vapor Maven since I began vaping some four years ago. I’d try other stores from time to time but never found a more consistent vape shop in Fayetteville than Vapor Maven.nI love the convenience of this location at Crossover and Mission as it’s closer to my home than the store I used to frequent on College. Plus the regular vape tender, Chris, who works 9-5 weekdays, is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly—just the kind of employee customers want to have waiting on them. I’m a talker and when I’m the only customer in the store we have wide-ranging conversations. I try to shop locally whenever possible and one of the reasons is how pleasant it is being greeted by name and recognized as a frequent customer.nAfter running into hardware problems on the Smok Novo2 refillable pod system he helped me to return it to the manufacturer by reprinting my receipt.nThen he gave me the lowdown on various refillable pod systems and recommended the báton V2 system that he uses himself and told me it probably wouldn’t have hardware problems because he accidentally sent his through the wash in his pocket and after drying it thoroughly it worked just fine.nI’ve never encountered problems when returning or exchanging something within the 2-week in-store warranty period. As the problematic Smok pod system had been purchased 6 weeks earlier he told me how to contact Smok for a refund and graciously reprinted the receipt that proved it was still under the manufacturer 6-month warranty.nI’m glad to have a well-stocked local store with knowledgeable staff just 2 miles up the road, especially since the Nanny State of Arkansas made the randomly idiotic decision to prohibit online stores from shipping vape supplies to Arkansas (from independent online vape stores that is—I had no problem purchasing two three-packs of replacement pods for the Smok Novo2 from Amazon and could have purchased the starter kit from them, if I’d wanted a black & white marbleized device.) I figured the State allows Amazon to ship to AR since they began charging sales tax; it’s either that or our government is, indeed, in thrall to the so-called Cabal made up of the richest .01%, folks like Jeff Bezos.nThank goodness we have access to this high-quality local vape store. Nevertheless I hope that after the 2020 elections we Arkansawyers vote in a Legislature and Governor who will quit cloaking their ill-informed decisions with the hollow excuse that they’re doing this out of concern for her citizens’ health. It reminds me of the debacle that is our Medical Marijuana system. The prohibitively high cost of getting a license to open a dispensary along with an artificially controlled marketplace (Really? Only four dispensaries in the four populous counties in NWA?) means that the cost of 28 grams of fresh bud is selling for 2-3 times what Recreational Dispensaries in Colorado charge. So one must pay $300 per year to get a Medical Card for the privilege of buying overpriced products that advertise the THC level instead of featuring strains with higher CBD levels than THC levels.nIt’s high time we credit vaping as a way for people to quit cigarettes by eliminating the tar and other carcinogens while allowing vapers to lower their nicotine intake in steps from the 24 mg. in a regular cigarette to 18, 12, 6 and 3 milligrams down to zero. My kids quit stinky cigarettes and have stepped down the nicotine level to the lowest. Soon they’ll quit vaping all together to save money (and quit smoking at age 25 instead of 40 as I did.)
