Good selection and staff was quick to assist us.
Gave it one star because zero wasn’t an option. Bought a $100 pair of boots and within three months they began to fall apart. Went back in with my receipt and was told their return policy didn’t allow returns of worn items. Bottom line is they don’t stand behind the products they sell. Do yourselves a favor and spend a little extra and go somewhere else.
Like most self service shoe stores you shop then check out. This time the customer service was outstanding. Bought river shoes, only one pair in my size. No problem says the NASA guy we'll order the second pair and you'll still get them at half off. Thank You RACK... and NASA guy.
Great prices and staff. Gave me the BOGO discount, plus it was a few days past my BD but gave me extra $10.00 discount anyway. Got my Grandaughter 2 pairs of shoes for school for $50.00.
Nice staff. Big selection. Pretty good deals on mens and womens shoes. Not so good deals on kids' shoes. There are really good sales that go on in this store during the Christmas season. I like that they carry Steve Madden dress shoes for men.
