When our AC system went out at 5:30pm on one of the hottest days this year, I called Morrow in a panic. They put us on their schedule for immediate service. The technician arrived and took one look at the system and knew immediately what the problem was. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient explaining everything he needed to do. We have used Morrow for all our HVAC needs and HIGHLY recommend them!! Thanks for a job well done!

We had an air conditioner/furnace unit installed. Angel and Orlando were friendly, pleasant, professional and thorough. They willingly answered any questions we had. Anytime I spoke with staff on the phone, they were also friendly and courteous. If they said they would send something by email or text, it was there anywhere from a few minutes to about an hour. It was easy to set up an installation time, and the installers called when they were on their way. We've only had the equipment completely installed a little less then 24 hours, but so far it's working perfectly and is quieter than our old air conditioner. Wth some bells and whistles on the thermostat, it's still user-friendly. So far, we're pleased and will be willing to call on Morrow again as needed.
We've had 3 other HVAC companies come and try to fix our cooling issues while trying sell our home. Cameron came out today and provided us with the best customer service hands down! His attention to detail was thorough. He provided us with choices instead of a bill at the end and made us comfortable with all decisions made. Problem solved because he actually listened to the customer and went to the source of the problem without generating extra cost. I recommended Morrow to anyone looking for a hassle free, honest and professional experience.
