Never had a problem with SAMA until 2020 when they told us they no longer allow Blue Cross Blue Shield patients to see doctors. We are only allowed to see nurse practitioners. They told us this after they took the money of course. It was a mess. We are now searching for a new doctor.

I will NEVER go to this place again. How can you have rude customer service when you work for the public. If I call your facility and every time I get a fax machine, That’s horrible business. When I COME to you location and I get a very rude customer service, that’s uncalled for. These are very hard times right now during this pandemic, you all should really go back a work on your methods of communication to customers....nnTotally Unsatisfied

Highly impressed with this place, I went in today as a new patient. The staff was very kind and enjoyable to speak with, everyone said good morning and seemed to be in a great mood. I saw Dr. Goss, who went through my entire medical history with me and treated every concern I had. She works quick but I never felt rushed, she was very thorough and inviting. Blood work was handled in house and I received a phone call with results on the same day. Prescriptions were sent out immediately. Office and rooms were very clean, they use modern equipment. Overall this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. I will be using them from now on and I recommend you to do the same.

Three strikes SAMA. I tried and tried to give yall a chance.nFirst strike---every appointment I make for my baby's checkups I literally always get a call saying that the nurse practitioner is sick. This happened 3 appointments in a row. Is she sick all the time? Or only when my child needs to be seen.nSecond strike- because the nurse practitioner was sick the nurse called to reschedule talked on the phone and rescheduled for a Friday at 2pm. I arrived ON TIME for my childs 4 month check up. Admissions tells me that my appointment was scheduled for monday at 2p . Ummmm no mam the nurse said Friday because i clearly stated that was the only day i could come. A nurse called me back and could not work me in at all that day. That eas the nurses mistake not mine. So now my child never had a 4 month appointment check up.nThird strike- daycare notified me that my baby might have pink eye. My husband took her to sama and only one doctor was able to see her. The doctor did not check her ears, did not check anything. Just looked at her eye and said it was allergies. We treated her for 2 days with the prescription he gave us. Next thing we no it is in her other eye....umm hello we tried to tell you she had pink eye mister. We took her to urgent care. Sure enough she had pink eye in both eyes and a right ear infection. They prescribed drops and antibiotics and now she is well. I am so disappointed in SAMA clinic.nMy daughter has a 6 month check up with a different doctor at SAMA because the nurse prac is always sick......we will see how that goes......usually after 3 strikes you are out. One more chance SAMA then i am completely done with you. Thanks! Just want my precious baby to get taken care of and you have not provided that for me and my child.
