State of the art equipment for servicing and repairing almost any vehicle!

I drove over an hour and a half. We picked out a jeep we liked. Filled out the application, got approved with proof of income, said we would be there Friday morning to pick it up. The lady gave me the vin # to get insurance (which I did) then tell me they sold it. Never said they wouldn't hold it. Is that a way to run a business? I will never recommend anyone to come there.
