Wells Fargo Bank

I have been coming to this location for over 5 years now. I routinely need to go to multiple different banks for my business and so I get to see how others were doing before and after this crisis. This branch has always been a pleasant experience and even now with all the Covid 19 concerns they go out of there way to provide good service. All the staff including Issac, Abigail, the service manager Ashley and the branch manager have been exceptional.

HORRIBLE experience here at this 11760 SW Hall blvd location last week. I pulled up to the drive-thru to withdraw money from my checking account that was recently deposited as cash. ASHLEY JOHNSON (service manager) gave me a hard time while provided nothing but nonsense excuses/explanations. I was told to wait outside in the parking lot until she called me cell phone to come in and retrieve my withdrawal. Over 1hr 30mins later, she said I couldn’t get my own money because she “couldn’t verify the amounts.” She held my debit card and license inside the branch for over a hour for nothing. I was stern but respectful the whole time, but she then told me I’d be getting a call from corporate which baffled me. As soon as I left I called Wells Fargo customer service where a very helpful associate was shocked at what happened to me. She promised that Ashely Johnson was out of line and had no reason to deny me my own money! I told her I believed it had something to do with my appearance, I believe I was unfairly prejudged. The customer service associate even called another branch to set up the withdrawal for me so all I had to do was pull up and provide my credentials to get my money. I elected for the associate to contact and report Ashley to the higher ups and I hope she gets disciplined for her actions. I will NEVER go to that branch again and I just hope that one lady doesn’t represent the entire Wells Fargo company.

Always the best customer service. Very Friendly and helpful. willing to go the extra mile for folks. Old school and I love it.

I waited in line for 20 minutes outside in the cold 2 meters apart to then be told at the front that I needed to go through the car line. I understand the safety but there aren plenty of people inside the branch to make a sign for which line to go through.i then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes in the car line that had gotten longer while I waited in the cold. Bad customer service. Also their ATM is still down so people cannot use it for deposit or transactions.

Same similar Wells Fargo as normal. Customer service isn’t great and they are part of the great Wells Fargo illegal enterprises. I stopped using them but amazes me others still like banking with a company that has been busted some many times for illegal activity and no one goes to jail
