U.S. Bank Branch

This branch is awful. The manager doesn't follow through. The staff don't listen and I constantly have to repeat myself. There have been a handful of bank errors. I was at a different location recently and they treated me like I was going to rob the bank!nnI'll be switching banks soon!nn11/16/20: Responding to US Bank's response. Why would I call you and waste more of my time repeating myself? This bank is such a joke.

Customer service has gotten worse in the last year. Very slow service through drive thru , the workers dont seem to want to do any work and always telling me use the atm machine. I feel secure in person. It's a personal preference. The lady doing the authorize notary doesn't know what shes doing as well. Very disappointed in this branch!

Aways busy at this location but I appreciate them and their covid precautions.nI have noticed that more staff are no longer there now. I miss the old manager, she was really nice when I had trouble using the ATM machine.

Went in there to withdraw money from my ReliaCard. They refused to help me. Never coming back to this location again. This is why I don't bank with US Bank.nnI am trying to withdraw $729 and I was told to use the ATM. I cannot withdraw $9 from ATM and was told to try another branch in the end after insisting on using the ATM.nnAnd FYI there are other US Bank branches that would help me to withdraw from ReliaCard without any excuses.

Hi Michelle,I wanted to say us bank is #1 because of great employees and Alicia/Diana showed 5 star service like it says on the reader board out front.She is awesome and listened and I didn't have to repeat myself 5 times.amazing,Thank you
