Excellent customer service! I was anxious about cashing in a savings bond: they did it with ease and certainty. I will absolutely be going back for my needs!

I'll just leave it at that because it's a long story.nnWhich is too bad, because I have one personal credit card from Chase and one business credit card. And they are FANTASTIC from a credit card standpoint. But based on my experience here today and difficulties I've had in the past at this branch I won't be doing any future banking with Chase.

We walked in to talk to a banker and weren't greeted for nearly 15 minutes. So we left! We tried again a week later, were greeted 10 minutes after walking in and were asked to take a seat to wait for banker. We sat for over 30 minutes and then were told he was on lunch. Terrible experience.

The extremely competent banking personnel are almost equally split between men and women and include people of color. I appreciate how comfortable I've always been made to feel which is not always common for Chase.
