I have banked here for over 10 years and could not be happier. I have several business and personal accounts. The staff has changes over the years, but all have been very attentive to our needs. The current staff are amazing!

Worst bank ever. I have had a business account with KeyBank for about 7 years. Never been happy!nEach branch is a different empire, has its own rules. Stuff they do in one branch is a crime in an other one!! Things like cashing checks or depositing checks.. your personal checks... when I opened the free business checking it was supposed to be free. They start charging me a monthly service fee few months later... There is no friendly understanding issues at all. Everything is like straight military rule. I couldn’t switch in the past because many of my client accounts and bills are linked to this account, but now it is time and the effort worth it. Do not waist your time here.

Went in for a deposit. People were ok nice. On my way out I spotted a blonde... oh my goodness.. let’s just say I am a loyal client now for as long as she’s employed.

Ashley, Amy, and rest of the team at this branch provide exceptionally attentive and friendly service to their customers. I have had numerous interactions with them over the years regarding a wide variety of banking activities and have always been treated very well. It is very nice to have a bank where you know that your business is appreciated and you are treated as an individual. Thanks!

I asked for a lower rate on my personal line of credit and they offered me a higher rate than I could get else where and closed my account without me knowing when I hadn't even gotten a call back about the rate. When I called the branch manager, he kept promising to call me back but never has. They are not what they used to be and their follow up is really poor. Got a much better rate at Banner Bank and I was a brand new customer. I guess Key Bank doesn't care about current customers or past relationships.
