Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I was just at this location and was totally appalled at the way they treated a customer. As I was in there to filling out my deposit slip I noticed the people in the back we're just standing around talking not doing much of anything and there was another gentleman that has been in line waiting. Well when I got done he asked me if I might be able to help him and it was an easy question, he just needed to know how to fill out a rent check so I was able to help him with that. The second I got in line the people that were doing nothing standing around talking had no problem helping me. It's pretty sad that it was obviously about his race and why they were so rude to him.

Employees here have 0 sense of urgency even if they have a lobby full of people waiting in line this is the WORST location in the portland area. Make the drive to kind city the staff here is pathetic.

If this wasn't the closest branch to me (and literally on the way home) I would never come here. They have the slowest service and they never have more then to people at the windows no matter how busy they are. Worst of all Kim. She is the rudest, unhelpful, judgmental, most resting B face having person I've had the displeasure of dealing with. And somehow she like always there and I always have to deal with her. I even try and let people in front of me so I don't get her. This woman needs a different job. Or like keep her in the back with all the other employees you have chatting and laughing and not doing anything.

Terrible drive through service!! So Slow, and they are standing around where you can see them doing nothing. Ridiculous, what’s happened to customer service these days?
