Will never step foot in this place again I have been there 3 times because my cartridges were not working they said the ink had dried up and did something to them sent me home with them said if the didn't work they would replace them I returned with them with the same problem they accused me of switching cartridges and basically called me a liar and a cheat
These guys are great! The are very knowledgeable and save my small business money!
Stopped by on Saturday November 25, 2017 with several cartridges to be refilled. The gentleman was so very helpful, knowledgeable and professional, we usually use the Cartridge World closer to our home in Oklahoma but the pleasant experience we had we will definitely be a repeat customer at this location ! I do no quite understand the review that the gentleman below left in regards to this business, especially since he didn't even get the owner/managers name correct. It is sad that one bad apple can spoil the basket, but we are very pleased and appreciate all the help we received. One VERY satisfied customer :)
