I always appreciate Cosmoprof and for the professionals that work there. The prices are reasonable, and I am really appreciative that they're offering more items for aesthetics. Well done!

Super rude employee talks to ppl like trash bc they didn't know they needed a license to buy products from them. Don't accidentally walk in there you will get bombarded with a rude employee especially if you don't have a license. Just thought it was a hair products store who doesn't like to take care of their hair duh. Also would be nice if open to the general public.

I don’t think it’s good business in my opinion to not take back a straightener with a receipt that’s never even been opened. I drove all the way from another state to return an item I just bought 3 days ago. Was told it had just changed a couple weeks back.

Being one of only two professional beauty supply stores in the area, it leaves a lot to be desired. Constantly out of products I need, they don't follow up when you order something, staff isn't as informed as they should be. It is better than State.
