I know there are people out there that think they can beat Patterson on pricing and go through all sorts of different online vendors to get the best prices. Maybe it’s true and maybe it isn’t true. We have a big multi doctor practice and our supply percentages for our revenue are right in that 5% range. Simplicity of having one person be on top of this is invaluable. Sonya Rose is the best. Her customer service and knowledge of the industry is what sets her apart. Patterson takes care of their customers.nnYesterday was a great example. It was a horrible day. The practice I just purchased in March 2018, had a massive clog in the Suction line. We had to shut down at 9am and reschedule everyone. I knew this wasn’t going to be an easy fix. I called a few different people trying to get some answers and help ASAP. Stan from Patterson service got there right away and worked his tail off until the issue was resolved at 8pm that night. Very easily the next day or two could have been lost with more rescheduling and lost production. This job tested Stan to his wits end but they pushed through and got it resolved. I know they have my back and that is priceless. Thank you!
