Huge selection, helpful customer service. Got a pair of Clarks for $20 cheaper than at Shoe Carnival (both stores had them on sale).

Amazing customer service! I bought my son a pair of sandals on 9/2. After about 2 weeks, I threw the box and receipt away and not 3 days later, one of his sandals came completely apart on one side. I really didn't think there was any chance I could exchange them without the box or receipt but I went to try anyway. The manager, Deborah, was awesome. I did have a picture of the receipt from an app I use so she took one look at that and quickly got us a replacement pair.nI've had much more attitude and difficulty returning items with the tags still on them and the receipt in hand at different places.nI will go out of my way to buy all of my family's shoes here because of their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this store. Plus, they have a wonderful selection.

Better than shoe carnaval where you have to buy two pair to get a discount.
