Oakley Store at Washington Square Mall has the new and trendy sunglasses and sport accessories. The store is kept clean by the associates and is ADA friendly for shopping. Store associates are quick to ask if you need assistance and are available to help you out during your shopping.
Haven't updated their store location in Google since they moved a year and half ago. Weren't able to sell me a gift card because their system was changed over or something? They could updated that detail on the location's website so I didn't waste my time. The employee only offered apologies, but no hint of trying to resolve the issues.
The store is epic. Really a amazing place to shop. They are friendly and have the best sunglasses in the world

I spoke with store manager Brady about a complicated customer service request and he didn't miss a beat. Brady was friendly, helpful and informative. When I came back a week later to finalize my request it was clear that Brady had communicated with his staff as they were all on the same page. Sonia helped me with my new glasses and she is fantastic. Overall an awesome experience, making it no wonder that Oakley is known as the premier source for quality glasses.
