Great staff and friendly environment. Have a problem just tell front desk and they will handle it immediately. Been there a few months for work now. They been updating and remodeling alot recently. Been a pleasure staying here. Thanks Nicole and the rest of the staff as they are very nice prompt bunch, and owners as they continue to keep it in nice updated condition.

We lucked out on a discounted last second rate thru priceline, and the accommodations we fine, but we had a king bed with 4 small square pillows and it was a good thing we brought our own. Ed Jr. and Doug did not agree as to the sufficiency of the room, but it gave us a place to rest and breakfast in the morning. There was no hot breakfast due to covid and pool is closed as well. The hospitality of the service crew was pleasant and proficient. I would like to see what they can do once covid is over.

Definitely a place we will return to during any future visit to Fort Smith. It was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for an enjoyable experience.

The hot tub in my room was amazing and huge. The whole room was really nice.
