Bought two pistols and a 12 gauge shotgun both times was met friendly and helped great. No idea on price but got what I wanted the clerk gave me several options that helped. I’m new to guns and needed help!

Best place in the fort smith area to buy new firearms, best prices and good customer service. Last gun I bought was $150 cheaper then the manufacturers msrp.

Went in for a small item but there was an older guy with gray hair who had zero service skills. I guess if you don't buy a gun they're not interested at all in helping you. Not only not interested but downright rude. that's sad given that we've bought at least seven guns here over the past couple years. Guess it's time to look elsewhere.nnif you own a local small business I suggest that you treat the locals with respect or you're not going to last long in business. Your actions force us to purchase elsewhere and word of mouth will definitely ruin you
