Waited a month for a quote on repair and never got one. Needless to say we went back and picked up our vacuum. im giving 2 stars because the lady up front was nice.

Bought 3 Kirby belts over the phone and when my son-in-law went to get them, they only gave him 2 belts.

Never received a call that my vacuum was “fixed”. I called 3 weeks after I dropped it off and was told it was ready a week ago. Did not clean my vacuum, did not clean out the filters and never fixed the original problem. If you have a Dyson that is within warranty, call Dyson and have them ship it to the nearest Dyson facility to people that actually know how to repair vacuums. Dyson did a great job in repairing my vacuum and shipping was fast and FREE.
