The people I work with are great, but the factory itself is ran like a 3 year old throwing a tantrum. It's disorganized chaos with many questionable leadership choices

Horrible place to work i was there for a year and became a operator i only got a 40 cent raise i was not making operator pay i went in to the office last monday to ask for a raise i came in that following Tuesday and got fired they dont treat their employees very well and they dont care about your well being they had temps starting out at 10 50 making more than the guy who had been there over a year they have new management out at alpha packaging the HR lady has been screwing up peoples checks and the new safety advisor is crooked alpha packaging is a horrible place to work
