Great people and great end product. I drop my deer off here every year. There jalapeno and cheddar brats and summer sausage are to die for.
Best place to take meat to get processed. Friendly and upfront with all their customers. Highly recommend to everyone. I've been taking my animals here since they've opened. Won't go anywhere else.
Glad I took my deer to get processed here. The brauts were delicious. They went over the cutting order and made everything easy. If you kill a deer this is the place to take it.
We took a first year heifer in to be processed as all ground chuck a few weeks ago. When we picked up today the ticket showed there was 436lbs of fresh meat processed. We only received 140lbs! An entire cow and only 140lbs...that math doesn’t add up to me. When directly asked why so little the response was that it was an old cow and the meat retained a lot of water. I would recommend strongly against anyone using this place.
Brought a domestic grain fed hog in for butcher. The meat I received was strong found a bullet hole through shoulder ham thought butcher shot hogs in the head with a small caliber round not a high caliber rifle through the shoulders . Then to package it up like that is baffling Tenderloins nowhere to be found
