Wonderful people and most helpful. Well go out of their way to get your deals, fix your phone, and actually pay attention. Great customer service and the store manager has the best personality i have seen since I have been going there! Only reason for the four stars is because it is out of my distance but still well worth it.
Summer helped me turn in an old phone I was about to trash for a discount. I much prefer it get recycled or reused as it is in perfect condition but I had no use for it anymore. Summer was a sweetheart & very helpful; made the whole process very easy. Thank you!
Walked in to purchase a new iPhone. The staff was friendly and they got my phone set up quickly! This isn't the first time I've had a great experience at this store! I'll definitely be back when it's time to upgrade!
Emily was so great. She had several people in the store, but made time for everyone and made us feel comfortable even though we had to wait! I really appreciate the service she gave and her patience and kindness.
