July 2020 we experienced a AC electrical power hit to our entire home when our incoming underground power cable failed. Part of the damage included the newly installed in-ground Salt pool control system for our pool and pool heater. I talked with Ms. Debra Douglas, Service Manager about the problems we have experienced since the Entergy power cable failure. She had her technician out to diagnose the damage in a couple days. He was very professional and was able to diagnose which parts were damaged and must be replaced. Ms. Douglas kept me up to date with the progress of locating the necessary components. Then supplying us with the written estimate to replace and repair our system. All within a weeks time.nnLindsey's did not install our new pool, heater and Hayward control equipment, but they are the authorized Hayward Service company within our area. They have been very helpful and professional throughout this crazy process over this summer.nnWe appreciate their quick service and excellent attention to details and customer service. We definitely recommend Lindsey's Pool & Spa.
Staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Located in an excellent spot... I'd definitely reccomend it...
They have good products and they are so nice. But we have spent over $4000 in a year and we still have leaks, they only vacuum the pool right occasionally, and they charge you $86 to shownUp, tell you they can't do anything, and leave. We really have felt unimportant and waaaay overcharged and we still have a leak.
They sell pool stuff. Had what I needed and helped me shovel money into the hole in my backyard that looks like a swimming pool.
Great service as always. I have been with them for several years.
