I order all my supplies for the restuarant from extreme Fixtures. Last week I was in need of supplies before the weekend. Ive worked at a few different restaurants over the years in Hot Springs Arkansas and I habe to say the customer service from supreme fixture is Top Notch! Whether it was just a free quote on a commercial oven or as small as an order of kitchen utensils they were happy to drive down from little rock to meet my needs...Jeff Cook is an excellent salesman and has sold me many odds and ends over the years including professional chef knives...highly recommended
