I've loved my experience at this clinic, except for this time...24 minutes after my appointment that I was on time for, they finally come and get him without so much as a apology. Waiting out in your hot car with an unhappy kitty and being the only one their in the parking lot...could no one tell me they were running late
Excellent service, overall great.
We just switched to Cornelius Vet after moving here. Being curbside service, I spoke with Dr. Angela on the phone and she was so thorough and kind, letting me ask any questions I had. This is the most informative vet visit I've had in ages. She even suggested putting off a shot that my pug is not due for yet just in case she had an allergic reaction in the evening and had to go to the emergency vet. She stressed that at this time, the emergency vets are overwhelmed and she didn't want to put my elderly little pug in jeopardy for something we can wait on. I Highly recommend this lovely place. So carling, thoughtful, and tons of info given after the visit.
I love how this office staff from the receptionists to techs and veterinarians treat us and our pets like family. We recently moved to Aloha from Forest Grove and made the drive back to get our pug (Hope) seen for a minor emergency and they fit us in -the same day. We don’t foresee switching vets because we just have great confidence in their office - they’re thorough and fairly priced vet care. They take the time to explain options and answer any and all questions you’re not rushed and not a number at this office. I recommend anyone in the area of Forest Grove or Cornelius to them all time. :)
We have been taking our 2 senior cats to Cornelius Vet Clinic for 5 years since moving to Oregon. The clinic has always been very responsive when we needed to get them help. Sadly, Louise became ill and had to be put to sleep just shy of her 19th birthday. Everyone at the clinic was very kind and compassionate. We are so grateful for their continued concern and kindness. This is a great place to bring your furry friends.
