Not as good as it use to be. Broccoli was cold. Appetizer was brought out with food. Waitress completely forgot about our salads. She was apologetic though. It’s just that even the steak was lacking. Not that place you just have to eat at anymore. Best thing was my margarita. I feel like Road House doesn’t put in the effort it used to.
My order is always right!!!
We have been here several times and always had good food and good service. We arrived today at 11:00 for lunch. I ordered the smothered grilled chicken (delicious!), and my husband ordered the chicken fried steak. Our order arrived and my husband received chicken fried chicken. When we notified our server, she asked what he wanted to do. He did not want my lunch to get cold, so he said he would keep his meal. Of course we did not ask for a discount, but I was very surprised to see that our server did not even comp his $2.99 iced tea. Although we tipped her 15% (we normally tip 20%+), a good server will at least give a suggestion on rectifying the situation or comp an iced tea. That 20% percent tip, plus the $2.99 would have gone right into her pocket.
Always great. Husband has cancer so we can.only pick up and bring it home. But what a blessing for me to be able to run by and get a great steak dinner for us. Thank you Texas Roadhouse in Benton AR for doing such a great job..
Had dinner at Texas Roadhouse this past Sunday. The food was great and waitress was awesome. Everything was cooked perfectly . And our waitress was Rianna. She took care of us and was very pleasant. We give food and service a 5/5. We will return.
