The time was for 7pm. I arrives at 8pm and it was incomplete. The server who was very helpful tried his best to complete the order as fast as possible. Yet, upon bringing it home I find that the both the boneless and bone-in wings didn't have sauce over them. The sauce was on the side. Some were labeled and some were not, leaving us to presume what they were. I had to reheat my food and the fries were hard as if they were out for over a day.nI was disappointed, considering this was a $90 order and better details should be taken.
Just as mediocre as always. Not a place to come if you are expecting good service or warm food
Placed an order online at 8:15pm for pickup. Pickup time was 8:40pm. After my travels I arrived 10 minutes late. They had my order receipt printed on the counter. But my food was not ready. Waited until 9:15pm for my food. The waitress was polite. But really, they had 25 minutes to prepare the order plus the additional 10 min I was late. They literally took my order receipt to the back and prepped it once I arrived which took 25 min. There were 2 booths with a total of 5 people plus 2 people at the bar. I noted at least 8 employees not including who may have been in the kitchen. ud83dude44ud83dude44ud83dude44. Not going to survive whenever things pickup and get back to normal.
Slow service when ordering togo. Not sure if you get better service eating in.
We went during the slow time. Only one guy working but he took good care of us. Took a while for the food to arrive but it was delicious and everything was correct.
