Would give zero stars if at all possible. Filled out a loan application to go ahead and start the process of a construction loan. Upon appraisal it was lowballed where it was $300,000 and we got a second opinion that was nearly 400,000. Don’t waste your time with smaller bank. Look into bigger corporate banks. Maybe this will save you time. Yes up front you sign paperwork stating you could be responsible for appraisal. Which we got charged 475 for. Word of mouth travels fast will be sure to let friends, families and coworkers know.
Everyone here is so nice and helpful! I have never been made to feel as if I'm just a number to them. The wonderful people there are always ready to help you!
