Fantastic company in all ways, especially attention to quality and unmatched value. Just the NICEST associates working here! Highly recommend - and I'm a very picky buyer of frames! I highly recommend this wonderful resource.

Not the best place to work.... Not the worst either. It'll pay the rent and keep you alive.

We ordered 12 frames via Target. The first round of arrivals only had 11 frames so Target ordered a replacement but the 12th showed up so I had 13 frames. When we started unpacking them 2 we could hear the shattered glass through the bubble wrap. 2 had shattered corners. 2 had badly separated corners. 4 were cracked all the way through leaving me with only 3 in tact frames. Target took them back and Pinnacle is shipping a new round. Meanwhile my wall remains grided in painters tape for a project I can't finish. The packaging is clearly insufficient for shipping and I hope the new order is done far better.
