My mom's bill is 200.00 a month, automatically deducted every month, and she can't keep service. At least once a week she doesn't have any service whatsoever. She has the bundle package with them so therefore she doesn't have any service. She is on life alert and not able to use it because of no service. You cannot talk to a live person to get the problem resolved. It appears that Suddenlink is more concerned about money than the satisfaction of their customers. Will be looking into CenturyLink so I can have piece of mind that mom will be able to use her life alert.
When it works it is fast. The problem is it goes down many times a day, making VPN impossible. Calling their service department is useless. We have been having problems for months, called multiple times, techs have been out three timed and it just gets worse. I can't wait till there is another option.
They don't communicate. One makes a deal amd nobody else knows anything about it 1 person tells you they're providing this and that at a certain price and then they charge you way more because nobody else knows anything about it I'll be so happy when there is another alternative to these crooks.
My grandfather was having trouble with his service. The gentleman at pocahontas store refused to help in any way and showed the worst customer service k have ever seen in my entire life. Would not recommend dealing with them at this location.
If you have any other option take it! They will double bill you, go up every month, and never fix anything!!! Worst service ever!!!!!
