Reasonably priced shoes will definitely go back to shop again and the associates were very nice and helpful

Absolutely horrible! I went to go put on my brand new shoes that I just bought yesterday and they gave me 2 completely different looking shoes. I called and they told me that I would have to drive another 2 hours back to them or to searcy to get them fixed, because they were trying to tell me they didn’t have a store in batesville ar, when they do. Will not ever be going back to that store again!!!!!

Always very helpful staff. I usually always find a bag, socks, or wallet that I have to have. It's more than just a shoe place.

Had to wait for sales clerk, than when she got to the register she was on the phone that means more waiting than she was trying to check us out and talk on the phone and multitasking was not her thing. She was so into her phone conversation she didn't even have time to say thank you and come again. Bad experience at the shoe Department mc cain mall

I love Shoe Dept., Even though I am an Employee the shoe sales are great I would recommend Shoe Dept to Everybody
