Texas Roadhouse

Good, steaks are small, good flavornService was really good. Not very quite, bussers were very loud. No place to sit while waiting in a table. I think Longhorn is a little better. Steaks are bigger, for the price i prefer Longhorn Steak House, especially since they have a better waiting area and it's quieter.

It has been 3 yrs waiting to be able to go to my favorite place. And it was my late Birthday Dinner. I love all the food I had and drinks too.with my wonderful Husband. best service too. Thanks Texas Road House for making my day and my yr.in one meal.

Our waitress Ashley was excellent. The few problems that we had were minor and easily fixed with a smile. Prices were decent my steak was excellent. The cheesecake and wine made a nice end to the evening.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I am HIGHLY upset with this Roadhouse. We had a party of 8 and were initially told that they could not sit us all together. Therefore, we all walked outside and began calling other places to see who could seat us. The hostess at the front came outside while we were discussing where we would go next and said “hey we can go ahead and seat you guys at the same table if you’re willing to wait about 20-30 minutes.” We agreed and decided to stay. Once we were able to be seated, we then waited inside by the hostess desk for about 20 minutes waiting to be walked to our table. We were eventually handed off to a separate set of waitresses that refused to seat us at the same table and tried to make 4 of us sit at a table and the other 4 sit at a booth about 20 feet away from the table. I understand that COVID-19 has made things a little crazy, but we were getting together for dinner because we had some family members that are moving far away and everybody wanted a chance to see them before they left. So after wasting over an hour at Texas Roadhouse and dealing with the super rude waitresses that would not do anything to resolve this issue, we eventually left. We left with no apologizes from any staff members for wasting our entire dinner time away. We did not get to have a nice last meal with our family and had to say our goodbyes. I don’t think I’ve ever been so upset with a facility considering the fact that they KNEW why we were getting together. Their loss though because that’s regular customers that won’t be back.
