TGI Fridays

My daughter and I ate there. We were told the wait was going to be 10 min. It was 25 min. After being seated, it took forever before we were waited on. I ordered sweet tea and I was given unsweetened. I had to wait on the waitress to come by and change my tea. She said the staff forgot to sweeten the tea when tea was made the. I ordered a 6 oz sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli with lemon. My steak was cooked ok but it was almost cold as was the broccoli when it got to our table. My mashed potatoes was at least warm but not hot. We finally had to ask for our check. It was not a pleasant experience and will not be visiting the Little Rock location again

The wait wasn’t bad the waitress Lily was TERRIBLE!! Waited forever for napkins, straw, check and for her to take our order. We seen her running food to other tables that wasn’t hers. She had two tables and didn’t check on us at all. The other table she had, had to get the manager because of the mess ups she made and wait. Had to get another waitress to help us. Wings was warm not hot. Was told we Couldn’t order a frozen drink because it would come out if blender liquid. Whole experience terrible

Love this place. The atmosphere has changed so much. The music they played was so awesome. I danced in my seat while I ate the entire time.

We made reservations for a large party to be sure they had room. We arrived at the time reserved. No reservation, no record we made one. 1 and a half hours later, we were seated. No apology, no explanation, just live with it. I will never eat here again. They didnt even try to accommodate us in a timely fashion.

It should no star. had to wait forever for our tea. When we finally got our food my steak was cold. And it was overcooked. the potato's where cold and bland. Neither one had any taste. when the bill came. It was 45 and some change. I did not get all my change. I will NOT EVER be back again and I will not recommend it to anyone. So count your change before you leave
