We had the pleasure of visiting this location on 10-8-2020 at around 6:30pm My wife had never been to a Longhorn before and Brittany C took exceptional care of us. Our food was on time, the facility was clean, and we needed warm water for a bottle to give to our 1 month old who had just got out of an eye appointment. In a world where customer service is a dying breed, Brittany, Jose, Tracy the manager and Barney did a fantastic job and should be recognized by upper corporate management. The food was delicious and the atmosphere very positive and welcoming. I highly recommend this location for a relaxing night out. A+ service! Ask for Brittany C and get the Long Island Iced Tea! Thank you to the Longhorn team that were involved in our wonderful evening. Damn good Steak!
Ordered curbside pick-up for T bone ,sweet potato ,with salad. Confirmation said 1:40 pickup. I arrive a minute or two early and call inside to let staff know I was outside. The gentleman I spoke with said no problem and would bring the order right out.n12-15 minutes past I call back inside. The guy completely forgot I was outside. Spoke to a manager, she brought my order out with a coupon. Steak was good, sweet potato was tiny tiny.
Food took a long time to come. Salad & appetizer came after entrees. Had to keep flagging down the waitress. Manager was the only saving grace for ever trying again.
Every time I've ate here my steak has been delicious. Service is great, and they do a good job with the social distancing. Vegetables were really fresh and good. Wish the one near my house was as good.
Staff was friendly but baked potatoes were stone cold, steak came out WAY undercooked, both issues were resolved.
