Great customer service, very friendly and patient staff. Any issues I'd had were resolved and explained to me. Would've given 5 stars but the location of the bank can be hard to exit from.
Lazy, dishonest,lousy bankers work here.
I like the bank's accessibility but they aren't trained very well in different procedures outside of customer service(general)knowledge. No interest in keeping the customer satisfaction rate up. They are only interested in making the bank money. Regardless of how the customer satisfaction rate is costing them. Investigation of a problem with the customer they always agree with the outside opposition and the fee that makes the bank money.
Gave cash to be deposited in my account. Was told that it would be available within minutes. Left the bank, had to come back to the bank because the money was not in my account after about 15 minutes. Then was told my money would be available at midnight. Now it’s midnight, I’ve checked my account and my money still isn’t in the bank.
no way to call the bank directly, their posted number goes to a 1800 number. I dont ever want to call a call center when I'm calling the local number.
