Worst customer service ever! Ppl need money in their accounts and they don’t care. This just happened today! Ppl need to understand we need our money in our accounts. I’ll be changing banks. I’m sick of USBANK! Especially the on on McCain!

Twice this year I have used the ATM and it wouldn’t give me my money even though it said take your cash. It also took both cards. Then it takes your card and they don’t give your card back unless it’s a US Bank card. Wanna know a secret? I used to work at US Bank. I quit because I wasn’t receiving my benefits like I was supposed to. They actually CUT UP your card after Loomis opens it and takes out the stuck cards.

Worst banking experience I've ever had. Horrible customer service and they never do what they say they are going too. Bank manager of the McCain location said she would call my husband the next day with information about what was going on with my account. She never called then come to find out she's on vacation. If I could leave 0 stars for this bank I would. Been 3 weeks and still don't have the almost $2,600 I deposited almost 3 weeks ago.

Best customer service ever. I walked in and on of the advisers was at the door greeted me. there was a long line so he helped me fill out the slips co i was prepared. The lady at the counter was awesome made me felt welcomed. And she crack some jokes to. today i went through drive thru, and they took care of me very fast. very fast customer service. I woul recommend them.
